Competitions and tenders
We purchase property and land ourselves which we then develop in due course. We also enter competitions and submit tenders. What happens if we win a competition or tender? Then we can put our stamp on the area development at an early stage. That fits with our endeavour to work from an integral vision of urban areas and to remain involved in these areas for the long-term.
Grondfonds Zuid Nederland
Amvest has set up the Grondfonds Zuid Nederland together with the VB Groep. The objective of this cooperation is to acquire land in the Brabant region and develop it into plots that are ready for allocation.
