THIS IS WHERE WE ARE ACTIVE
Amvest Residential Core Fund’s focus areas are four regions in The Netherlands: (I) the northern wing of the Randstad (including Amsterdam, Almere and Utrecht), (II) the southern wing of the Randstad (including Rotterdam and The Hague), (III) a dense southern part of The Netherlands(including Eindhoven, Tilburg and Breda), and (IV) certain cities in the north and east of The Netherlands (including Groningen, the Arnhem-Nijmegen region).
Selected on the basis of extensive research, these are the regions that are characterised by the highest economic growth, prosperity and population density as well as a strong housing market.
DEMAND FOR HOUSING
The demand for housing will exceed supply in the coming ten years in the focus areas where we are engaged in development. This is partly because of replacement demand and partly a quantitative demand due to economic and demographic developments. This effect will be amplified because insufficient housing has been handed over for at least three year due to the crisis.
