De Compagnie

A unique aspect of this project is having the architect available for consultation. This means that future tenants can determine the layout of their houses themselves, in consultation with the architect. This is the first time that Amvest has used this approach in The Netherlands and it is a concept that fits with Amvest’s desire to realise rental and owner-occupied homes in accordance with the residents’ wishes.

On a site of approximately 9,200 m2 from the former convent complex of ‘The Congregation of the Franciscan Nuns of Holy Elizabeth’, 93 apartments, 16 courtyard homes, 6 town houses and an underground car park with 214 spaces have been built.

Stadsheer

The StadsHeer is a 101 metre, high-rise apartment block in the centre of Tilburg. The StadsHeer isn’t just unusual because of its height, but also because of the generous use of glass that makes the tower special architecturally, so the building looks lighter and more slender from outside.

Pieter vreedeplein

Pieter Vreedeplein, a large residential and shopping area, was added to Tilburg’s city centre in 2008. Part of this was the housing project of the same name, the Pieter Vreedeplein, which was a development by MAB Development and contained 132 homes in total. Amvest purchased 21 apartments and 9 city homes here for renting.

Vleuterweide is part of the VINEX site Leidsche Rijn. Amvest collaborated together with Fortis, AM, Ballast Nedam and the Utrecht municipality in the joint development company GEM Vleuterweide.

Vleuterweide is part of the VINEX site Leidsche Rijn. Amvest collaborated together with Fortis, AM, Ballast Nedam and the Utrecht municipality in the joint development company GEM Vleuterweide. GEM's objective was to supply plots that were ready for construction and habitation which would then be developed by Amvest, along with the public area.
